The Pride Market offers a fantastic opportunity to directly engage with the thousands of attendees at Glasgow's Pride.
Stall spaces will be available to those interested in promoting and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
We have a limited number of stall spaces available with the possible sizes listed in the form.
Please be aware that in taking a stall, you will be required to meet the terms of our partnership policy and you agree to be invoiced for the costs, listed below, if selected.

We always have and always will strongly support the idea that cost should never be a barrier to Pride and by having the charges below it ensures that all members of the LGBTQIA+ community have access to enjoy and participate in the march and any associated events by ensuring that pride remains financially accessible for all.
There are costs in organising larger scale events including marches / parades / processions / entertainment / pride hub’s and although these may seem minimal, we do not receive any public or government funding for the organising or running of these events. By charging, it allows us to generate additional income to offer additional activities, ensure ongoing delivery for future years, ensuring sustainability, and creating support for those impacted by challenges when needed and available.

The costs to hold a stall at Glasgow's Pride 2025 are
LGBTQIA+ community groups and targeted charities - £0
General community groups and charities (non LGBTQIA+) £75
Small business - information stall only £400
Large business - Information stall only £800
Retail Stalls and Food Vans - Please contact PartnerWithUs@GlasgowsPride.org prior to submitting an application to confirm costs.
If you require Electricity or running water at your stall, these have an additional cost which can be confirmed on application.
Stalls will be required to be set up before 10 am on the morning of Saturday the 19th of July.
No vehicles will be allowed on the site after 9:15a m.
There is no opportunity to set up the day prior.
We will work closely with all partner agencies and providers to ensure that the right decisions are made to have a fantastic experience for everyone attending the Pride Hub while remaining safe and enjoyable.
By submitting an application form, you are agreeing to the terms listed in the partnership pack and to be invoiced for the costs listed above if selected.
The organising committee confirms that we will inform successful applicants no later than 20 June 2025.
